Friendly traditional bar Visited this long established bar off Grafton for a pint and lunch. Very friendly welcoming staff with lots of happy Irish banter. Our food choices (massaman chicken curry and beef burger) were both excellent - tasty and very enjoyable - and nothing seemed like too much trouble for the staff. This is what a Dublin pub should be like, unlike many in the city these days where sadly you could be in a bar anywhere in the world.

Pub Best bar in Dublin still after 40 years going there. Call it nostalgic or rose tint on this place but for me this place has everything for everyone. Always busy but busy in a good way . Great local drinkers even on a paddy’s day weekend, it just has always been good . Even after the owners sold up it still has its charm for a city centre pub

Great lunch place Stopped in for lunch and a beer. The staff is super friendly, the food is delicious. The fish and chips were great, and the fish was fresh. The chicken curry with noodles is yummy.

Excellent Food, Excellent Drinks This very quickly became our favorite hang-out in Dublin. The food was great, and the servers were so nice and attentive. I had that Massaman Curry and was blown away- so good!

Outstanding staff Just really wanna give the staff a shout especially Dave & Camille Really polite, professional and friendly people. Would definitely come back because of them. Place is overall is a vibe and a half!

Amazing food and atmosphere We went in to grab some food after shopping and it was all amazing. We had the beef cheek, halloumi burger and a steak sandwich special. The beef cheek was so tender and tasty with some amazing gravy. I also really appreciate the amount pf vegetarian choices! We will definitely be coming back whenever we are in the area to try some of the other dishes.
